New d20 License and SRD material added

The ever-alert Reg noticed this and posted it over on the OGL list, so I thought I'd let you folks know about it. A'Course, most of you are probably already on the OGL list anyway...

I wish they included a change log, now i'll have to compare the files by 'hand'...

A lot of the files have been changed, for example:

SPECIAL ABILITIES & CONDITIONS
IN => Table: Special Ability Types
In the old file it said you could dispel Supernatural Abilities, in the new file it says you can't.

[note: it could be that i missed an update, i'm using the SRD from 07/02/2003 for comparison]

It'd definately be helpful (and I think the summer was the last update... anyone else know for sure? ;-)

Looking at the dates each file was modified indicates to me that 7/02/2003 was the last update and it also indicates what files have been modified since then, but unforntunately not what was changed ;-(

I'll post one if people want it, but as i said, i'm using the SRD from 07/02/2003.

My old copy has the monster files dated 7/3/03. Otherwise that is the correct date of the last update.
