Here is a Demon-Prince I made, I hope its ok and I just want a second opinion on it as Im relatively new to making creatures. Please comment I will not be offended (I hope). :D

Varal’rek (The Son of the Ooze) is a vicious insane creature that dwells deep in the Abyss ruling over a layer (the Stinking Pits the 81st layer) surrounded by all manner of foul oozes. Once a mindless beast that wandered throughout the Abyss killing all he encountered. After being trapped in the Material Plane for many years Varal’rek established a cult and with their help returned to the Abyss and slew Naravirck a Demon Prince of Decay and Destruction and stole his planar dmain and rank as Demon Prince.

During the titanic battle with Naravirck, Varal’rek was almost slain and emerged shattered in power: his once majestic power was almost gone and although the ritual aided him he now relies strongly on servitors and is paranoid that if the other denizens of the Abyss discover his weakness he would be usurped.

Another far worse consequence came from that fateful battle – The Son of the Ooze is dying. As he dealt that fateful blow to the Demon Prince, Naravirck uttered a final curse that even now is slowly killing Varal’rek, wasting his might away. That is why he is so weak. The only way to halt this curse is to counter its evil with good i.e. the flesh of celestials…

Varal’rek appears as a horrific abyssal demon-like humanoid – a foul demon-headed, horned monster composed totally of thick black oozing slime. His fearsome head is crowned with two gelatinous horns and two beady eyes promise a painful death. On his back are a pair of huge black, bat-like wings that seem to block out light and hope. In one hand he bears an obsidian blade that burns with savage hellfire as black as night and in the other he bears a vicious whip of foul necromantic fire.

Some believe that this creature is the son of the Demon Prince Jubilex while others claim he was spawned in some foul pit. Most still don’t care how he came about as long as he stays away…

COMBAT

Demons are ferocity personified and will attack any creature just for the sheer fun of it-even other demons. They enjoy terrifying their victims before slaying them and often devour the slain.

Spell-Like Abilities: At will-blasphemy (DC 25), dominate monster (DC 27), greater dispel magic, greater teleport (self plus 50 pounds of objects only), insanity (DC 25), power word stun, telekinesis (DC 23), unholy aura (DC 26); 1/day-fire storm (DC 26) and implosion (DC 27). These abilities are as the spells cast by a 20th-level sorcerer.

Entangle (Ex): Varal’reks’s whip of black fire entangles foes much like an attack with a net. The whip has a maximum range of 40 feet, with a range increment of 10 feet, and 20 hit points (see page 102 in the Player's Handbook for details on net attacks). The whip needs no folding. If it hits, the target and Varal’rek immediately make opposed Strength checks; if Varal’rek wins, he drags the target against his acidic body (see below). The target remains anchored against Varal’reks’s body until it escapes the whip.

Acidic Body (Su): Varal’rek can wreathe his body in disgusting yet deadly acid (and often does so) as a free action. Varal’rek suffers no harm, but anyone grappling with him takes 6d6 points of acid damage each round. Also Varal’reks natural attacks deal an additional 2D6 damage.

Vorpal Sword (Su): Varal’rek carries a +1 Vorpal Longsword that looks like a flaming blade of blackest night.

Necromantic Flaming Whip (Su): Varal’rek wields a Necromantic Flaming Whip that not only does extra fire damage and entanglement but also does a negative level with a DC 30 save to remove.

Summon Tanar'ri (Sp): Once per day Varal’rek can automatically summon 4d10 dretches, 1d4 hezrous, or one nalfeshnee, glabrezu, marilith, or balor.

True Seeing (Su): Varal’rek continuously uses True Seeing as the spell as cast by a 20th-level sorcerer.

Death Throes (Ex): When killed, Varal’rek explodes in a blinding flash of light that deals 120 points of damage to everything within 100 feet that is ⅓ acid, ⅓ fire and ⅓ unholy damage (Reflex half DC 40). The save DC is constitution based.

Immunities (Ex): Varal’rek is immune to poison, acid, fire and electricity

Ooze Master (Su): As their prince (note not king as he would wish because of his father Jubilex) Varal’rek can, on his home plane, control all oozes within 666ft while on other planes this is greatly reduced to 66ft. Also on any plane Varal’rek can summon 3D10 Gray Oozes, 1D10 Ochre Jellies or 1 Black Pudding automatically or 1 Elder Black Pudding with a 50% chance of success, this can be used 1/day.

Resilient (Ex): Cannot be flanked, ½ damage from Critical Hits, 1D6 less damage from a Sneak Attack.

Resistances (Ex): Varal’rek has cold resistance 20.

Telepathy (Su): Varal’rek can communicate telepathically with any creature within 100 feet that has a language.

Skills: Varal’rek has +8 racial bonus on Listen and Spot.

Wasting Disease (Su): This disease is the curse that was invoked unto Varal’rek by Naravick and is slowly the wasting Demon-Prince away. Every 2 weeks Varal’rek will suffer 5D10 damage, 2D6 Str & Con damage and suffers a severe nausea. The only way to slow this drain is the flesh of celestials. For every 1hp of celestial flesh devoured 1hp of hp damage may be relieved or for 3hp 1 point of Str or Con damage may be healed.

THE GOALS OF VARAL’REK:
As far as this Demon-Prince is concerned the only thing that matters is ridding himself on the terrible Wasting Disease that has dominated his life since that fateful battle he ascended into Demon-Princedom. Varal’rek has tried almost everything and anything: foul rituals, the aid of powerful archmages, mass sacrifices, Wish spells you name it and he’s tried it. His current belief is that because the flesh of celestials slows the disease that maybe the flesh of a powerful and goodly deity would stop it altogether. This task though is for him virtually impossible and he knows it. Due to that fact if the opportunity arose he would enslave, trap, offer to bribe (with power/money) or destroy members of the party and then promise to free/pay/raise them if the flesh of a goodly deity was brought unto him.

Apart from this almost all-encompassing goal Varal’rek wishes to destroy, usurp and obliterate Jubilex for he hate him with a passion – why should he be prince while Jubilex is king? Why should he be inferior? Why? Why? Why?

THE CULT OF VARAL’REK:
Varal’reks cult consists mainly of the group of ex-cultists of Jubilex who aided him in his hard ascent into Demon-Princedom. This splinter group believe that Varal’rek embodies the inevitable decay and the rebirth of the world in his own image. They believe he represents change for the worse and the oozing death that comes to all. Few new cultists have come to the ranks of the Prince of Ooze and Lord of Decay and those who have are often the crippled, maimed, diseased, dying or even dead. Mutants and aberrations often swell his ranks as do those who enjoy pain to others and their selves.
