I compared the new DM screen to the one that came with the DM Kit and found these differences:
DCS TO BREAK OR BURST COMMON ITEMS:
NEW: Removed the "Target Level" column
Standard Actions:
OLD: Coup de grace: Make a critical hit against a helpless enemy
NEW: Coup de grace: Score a critical hit against a helpless enemy on an attack
"Concealment" table replaced with "CHARGING" table
"Cover" table replaced with "SKILL CHALLENGE COMPLEXITY"
Bluff:
OLD: Gain combat advantage by feinting, DC = Target's passive Insight
NEW: Gain combat advantage by feinting, DC = Creature's passive Insight
OLD: Long jump 1 square, DC = 10
+1 square for every 10 additional points of the check result
NEW: Long jump, DC = 10 per square
(Double the check result with a running start)
Athletics:
OLD: High jump 1 foot, DC = 10
+1 foot for every 10 additional points of the check result
NEW: High jump, DC = 10 per foot
