New group forming -- seeking players

A friend and I are looking to start a new regular group. We're both early 30's professionals who would be looking to play a semi-weekly game on the weekends. We want to play a fast-paced, action-oriented dungeon-crawl. We would probably start with 3.5e, looking to move to 4e once everyone is comfortable.

I've played plenty of 3 and 3.5 and am looking to move up to 4e (I've got the books).
