I have been working on an artificer class of my own that does borrow some ideas from the Unearthed Arcana article but is otherwise pretty different. It is mostly finished but is still missing a few things. Ideas and opinions are welcome on how to finish it, balance it, improve it, etc. I think the class as it is now may be underpowered.
This is my first attempt at creating a homebrew class.
The reason I created this class was because I felt the UA version was lacking the flavor I wanted the class to have. I would really like to get it to a playable state, but I need your help to do that. It is specifically lacking: a 14th level ability for the mechanomancer vocation, scaling issues, more gadget ideas, and more infusion ideas.
