New Monster: Elder Grick [yes, it's green!]

Anyone wondered why the "new" Grick has a blue skin? Simple! Those are the younger grick! The "Elder Grick" sill has the good ol' green skin (and thus a miniature you might have from DDM), which you can find in the trusted old 3.5 MM

You should remove the word 'encounter' from the recharge powers (ie, all powers that have encounter in 'em

Did you intend for tentacle backlash to not allow you to use the tentacles to counterattack? Also, you should probably put the 'when hit by an attack' in the power line itself.
