Well, you've done tiny characters. What about Large characters?
Also, I always found it odd how irregularly shaped things like a horse were counted as being large instead of the size they actually are (2 squares by 1 square). Perhaps irregularly shaped characters and mounts (centaurs, horses, that kind of thing) could be a theme later.

Traps and Hazards need some (a lot of) work. The new ones (4e) just don't cut it anymore. What about the giant cheese grater? Being crushed into a thin paste by several thousand pounds of copper peices? Underwater fire traps? These things just don't exist in 4e.
Another one is poisons and diseases. They all look the same. The variation that existed in 3.5 is gone in 4e. This needs to be fixed.
