Ongoing Damage & Damage Resistance

The tarrasque has Resist 10 all damage. What happens if you give it 10 ongoing damage... just nothing?

It takes ongoing at the start of its turn... what if you have multiple effects on there? Does it take them all at once and thus only resist the sum or does it resist each individually?

No, seriously, if it has resist 10 all and you inflict 10 points of damage on it, it doesn't take any damage. Doesn't matter whether that damage comes from a sword swing, a fireball, or ongoing poison damage.
