5th level spell. So not that high but at least 9th level + cleric levels

Given that she's cast both 5th level cleric and 5th level wizard spells now, she is a minimum of a 3rd level cleric/3rd level wizard/6th level mystic theurge (12th level total). Though since the OOTS are 13th level in all likelihood, Tsukiko is probably also 13th level, to provide an even challenge.

I think she's a Mystic Theurge. So, minimum 12th: Clr 3/Wiz 3/MT 6.
