Oh yeah...also, Dead Alive. It's a Peter Jackson film, from his younger days, A Wingnut Production.

It has the best line of any zombie flick ever.

"Oh my god, your mother ate my dog!"

"Not all of it!*

Not sure if all these qualify as B movies, but here's what I think of when the genre is mentioned:

Cannibal Women of the Avocado Jungle of Death
Amazon Women on the Moon
Evil Dead I and II, Army of Darkness
Flash Gordon

I'll throw in my favorite cheap-ass sword and sorcery movies from the 80's:

Barbarian Queen
Barbarian Queen II
Deathstalker
Deathstalker II - the DVD has a very fun commentary track
Hearts & Armor
Warrior and the Sorceress - great David Carradine fun
Warrior Queen

I love that flick...

DUDE!

I am not alone!

I LOVE Deep Rising. It's absolutely one of my favourite movies of all time. It's a stupid movie that assumes its audience is smart. So many people I know just dismiss it because the physics or the biology or whatever don't make a lot of sense.

Sigh. The world suffers from people taking it too seriously, there's no question.

(oh, and it's "Impanema", not "Epinema")
