Hey there! :)

The Hogan pops weren't just from the front row people - it was from all of the arena. I had a seat in the lower stands and the crowd went crazy with every Hogan move and booed every Rock move.

Wait a second...you were at Wrestlemania!?!? You lucky git! :D

The acoustics of the arena didn't (in my opinion) translate well to television. Though I imagine some of the 'pops' were defeaning in there!?

And it was great to mark out for Hogan Hulking up after some many years...

That was a seminal moment in sports entertainment history to be sure!

Hard to find this thread!

Well tonight is the big draft where the important questions will be answered, such as:

Is Raw really Jericho?
Is Smackdown the Rocks show?

Any opinions about this split? Is it a good thing?

Well I can tell you right now that Austin showing up is still up in the air. A LOT of developmentals are going to be around. I dont know if this is a good thing or not but tonight WILL be different. I can gauruntee that much.

By the way as some of us cringed on Smackdown Stephanie does have a chance to be the World Champ. the title match is Triple threat and if she is pinned she leaves. If she wins she DOES get the title. Who wants to place bets?

Hey Triple H,
What organization are you rolling with there in Japan. I'll be over for a couple months helping some guys train for Pancrase, maybe if your in action I'll come see ya.

Here's how I'd loce to see the Triple Threat match go.

Match starts. Jericho attacks Triple H strong and hard, dumps him out of the ring within 30 seconds. Jericho then turns and running clotheslines the hell out of Stephanie, drops down and immediately covers her for the three count. Jericho takes the belt back in less than a minute and Stephanie is GONE from the WWF ("and there was much rejoicing"). Triple H jumps back into the ring and hammers the crap out of Jericho to send the fans home happy.

Jericho has the belt. Triple H can win it back the next night (cheesy and cheap) or the Face can chase the Heel for another month till the next PPV.

Gee, wonder if they'll even have Rock and Austin anymore. Rock can make more money easier elsewhere and Austin seems to be throwing an ego tantrum and may decide to stay home. Heck, the man doesn't have much longer on those knees anyways. He, Hogan and Nash should have a "last man standing" match where they simply try to see who can STAND the longest...

Well Stephanie is out of the WWF, yeah right, I give it maybe two months and she screech her way back in.

Here I thought Flair would be the one to build up the cruiser weights but he mainly went for the big guys.

Both the Dudleys and the Apa were broken up. I found the Dudleys a little boring lately but how will they be as solo acts?

Anyway, I hope things pickup and become more interesting.

Hi all! :)

Okay, just checked out the draft on some of the wrestling websites - seems Austin is in a bit of a huff at the moment...

I do like this Brock Lesnar character - I hope he gets a big push. I could perceive something being built around a Lesnar vs. Mark Henry feud! What do you think!?

I wish they would bring back Shawn O'Haire.

Big Poppa Pump still hasn't been mentioned! :(

It will be good to see Billy Kidman again...how can you have a Cruiserweight Division and not include Billy Kidman in the roster; he is amazing!? Hopefully this is the start of things to come!?

Chris Benoit imminently set to return and that can only be 'a good thing' - as DDP would say! :D

From what I could glean they are planning to have certain trades between franchises over the current weeks (months?). So even though the Dudleys and the APA have been split I expect them to rejoin sometime in the near future - though it will be interesting to see how they all handle singles exposure over the coming weeks.

Personally my first memories of Farooq (or Ron Simmons as he was known then) are in singles matches in which he was very impressive!
