Other sources for Spell Compendium spells

Our group (PbEM game) has a met a traveling merchant with a range of scrolls for sale. Some of the spells are from the Spell Compendium (after checking the spell list on the WotC site). None of us have access to that book.

Are any of the following spells from the Spell Compendium available from other sources?

Anticold Sphere
Breath of the Jungle
Checkmate's Light
Elf Disguise
Giant's Wrath
Nondescript
Regal Procession
Surefooted Stride
Telepathic Aura
Wall of Smoke
Winter's Embrace

I've looked through all the Complete series, PHB II, and Races of Stone and Races of the Wild. Were these spells new to SC?

That pretty much leaves "Breath of Jungle" which sounds like another spell from the "environmental spells" series on the website. It doesn't show up in a Google search though (well, it shows up in the spell list, which directs you to the Spell Compendium).
