Can paladins strike more than once in a single round - or has that been left behind in 3.x?

PS: Glad ENWorld is back!

In 4th edition, multiple attacks as a result of level gain has been phazed out in favor of powers. Some classes get multiple-attack powers, paladins don't, but in stead they get powers that pile a LOT of damage in one swing, or do so in an area.

Paladins don't really get much in the way of making multiple attacks in 4E
Fighters get some, and rangers get a fair bit.

To make a point of it, you can't even attack with both a main hand and off hand weapon unless you have a power that lets you.

These're the powers that Paladins get that let them strike more then one opponent at a time.

- Arcing Smite
- Hallowed Circle (Close burst 3)
- Divine Reverence (Close burst 1)
- Crown of Glory (Close burst 1)
- One Stands Alone (Close burst 1)
- Radiant Pulse
- Whirlwind Smite (Close burst 1)
- Hand of the Gods (Close burst 1)
- Corona of Blinding Radiance (Close burst 1)
- Righteous Inferno (Area burst 2 within 10 squares)
- To the Nine Hells with You (Close burst 5)

Not getting into the Paragon Paths, of course. Point is, the only attack that Paladins have that lets them make two regular attacks against opponents is Arcing Smite. The rest are mostly Implement attacks, although a few, like Whirlwind Smite, use your weapon (it's like Whirlwind Attack).
