I DM’d with paper minis this week for the first time and loved them. Printed at FedEx on 100# glossy for about a buck a page. Awesome.

Elfcrusher, I mostly print mine on self service photo kiosk machine, available in most of supermarkets in my town. I print the files as a standard photo image. The quality of glossy paper is amazing. Cost - 0.30$ for A6(4x6inch). But mostly I design 2 minis on a single template.
1" Metal washers -5$ for a box of 100pcs.
Overall cost of a single mini in my case is 0,15+0,05= 0,2$.

How are you doing it on 4x6? I was printing out the entire pages, and then throwing away most of it. Is there a simple and elegant way to move/combine the images to maximize layout efficiency?

P.S. I've been using pennies for the bases. Perfect size*, nice weight, good price.

*Because I'm not using the larger base.
