4 out of 5 rating for Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Bestiary 3
In the Bestiary 3, one will find fewer of the old familiar fantasy RPG beasties (although there are plenty of traditional fey creatures, such as faerie dragons, fauns, foo creatures, nixies and sprites) and more creatures typically not associated with generic western-European fantasy. Say hello to asura, divs, kami, and oni. Unfortunately, the flumph is included--but if PF purports to pay homage to 'the world's greatest role-playing game,' then such silliness can be excused. As usual, the artwork is superb. Overall, you probably won't use all (or even most) of the monsters in the Bestiary 3, but when you want to add depth to your campaign, you'll do fine to pull a foe from this tome.
