Permanency Spell Questions

I want to know if I can make the Spell Improved Invisibility a permanent spell? My character is a rogue, who is obsessed with getting magic items and money, and finding and killing his dad. We have a spell caster in the group, and I'm pretty sure I could get him to cast Improved invisibility on me, but I'd have to find a more powerful wizard to cast the Permanency spell. I just want to know if I can make Improved Invisibility permanent.

As per the text for the Permanency spell...no.

You can make Invisibility permanent, but only if it's been cast on an object. Not a person.

Yeah, I knew that, is there any Items that grant the wearer invisibility? I'm level 7 and have +30 to my steath checks, but I'd really enjoy being able to just go invisible at will. I know there are rings that allow for invisibility a few times a day.

The Ring of Invisibility is 20k gold and lets you use invisibility at will.

There is also the Dust of Dissapearance, though it has a random length of effect.

Other than that, you could also ask your DM if you could have an item crafted, such as a cloak of invisibility or the like?
