Fluff:

Abra Palamedes is the princess of Lonned Algej, and the 40th descendant of the Palamedes clan, who founded it after Zophar forcibly purged all mages from Immanuel under a perverse version of Revan's code concerning arcane magic. It was Zophar's last act before having been banished from the realm himself for his methods of brutally confusing the people with their actions.

She leads the Arrowmage Guild [watchmen, militia, scouting party], with a firm, but fair hand, and makes clear all its laws. She is also the primary war planner for the kingdom, and the architect of all watchman formations and dealings.

All of these, save haste, are usable with Arcane Attack.

If you end up fighting her for some reason:

Knowing that she only has so many spells she can use, Princess Abra is willing to stop a fight as quickly as possible, using her Arcane Attack ability only when necessary.

Her first instinct is to attack fully with her merciful longbow, in order to put down any attackers without killing them [3 attacks during a full-attack action :D!]. This is because she prefers to take them prisoner and try them properly, or to escape if capture is impossible or unadvisable. Fatal attacks are only done if other methods are impossible or highly impractical.

If Abra has no other choice, and she is overborne by her enemy, she will use her sickle to trip if she can, and then retreat until she is within arrow range. If she is facing a foe or group meeting or exceeding her capabilities, she will use haste to get a leg up on them, and then liberally apply her arcane attacks to either escape or capture them.

Edit: More logical skillset for an LN bring-em-back-alive-if-possible type character
