Pets and Racial Bonuses

Would you get things like Longtooth shifter's shifting bonus to damage with a ranger pet? How about a shaman one? Summons use your defenses so would you get your bonus to ac from the razorclaw shifting?
Gnolls have that extra damage to people who are bloodied, will useing a pet or beast keyword at will take that away?

A similar note is do you count as an ally with respect to effects your spirt grants? Like the healing bonus with the healing word replacement or the general other effects? Or are you inexplicably unable to benefit from it?

The rest I'm unclear on, but I know for certain you do not count as your own ally. You can benefit from something that says "Creature" or "you or an ally" or the like, but ally specifically does not include you.

Would this mean that your summon counts as your ally then? Lightning panther spirit makes the square your companion is in plus adjacent ones not count as difficult terrain for allies.
