Troika! is what you'd get if you crossed Dying Earth with Monty Python, with rules reminiscent of the old Fighting Fantasy books. The 36 character backgrounds include the Poorly Made Dwarf, Fellow of the Sublime Society of Beef Steaks, and the Sceptical Lamassu (along with some less zany ones, such as the Necromancer, Questing Knight, and a more regular Dwarf.
