Please Help. Quick question on finding Wizard's encounter

I was certain that I saw a small one-encounter pdf on Wizards.com which had kobolds (or maybe orcs) breaching a wall and attacking townsfolks, and depending where the PCs were standing they might take damage from the wall breaking, and the townsfolk all died if they took any damage. There was a small map of the city with a breached wall.

Where is this? I can't find it on their site any more. I know I'm probably just blind...
