Polymorph and Shapechange Question

I know what you're thinking, not another question about polymorph/shapechange.
Well, I've got players shapechanging all over the place.
Do they get a golem's immunity to spells, death effects, everything?
Do they get a solar's super abilities?
Cheers,
Sam

Another question: If a wizard shapechanges into an iron golem then he cant speak right? And his spell components and spell book have merged with his new form, as well as any protective widgets he might of had.
So does that mean he cant cast spells requiring verbal or material components?
Cheers,
Sam

Yes, they get a golem's immunities, most of a solar's abilities, etc. As the Shapechange spell says, they get all supernatural and extraordinary attacks and qualities.

And yes, if shapechanged into an iron golem, they can't cast spells with V or M components.
