Polymorphing specialist?

Can anyone point me towards classes that specialize in polymorphing? I'm looking for classes that would extend polymorphing, make it better, give it more options, etc. While I'm not necessarily opposed to classes dealing with Wild Shape, the character in question is a high-intelligence advisor to a king. That being said, I can do an int-based druid (house rules) if it was cool enough.

Things of which I'm already aware:

Master Transmogrofist
War Shaper
Nature's Warrior

Thanks,
Calypso

Possibly combining Wizard and Druid would be Arcane Hierophant from Races of the Wild. Advances pretty much all Druid abilities as well as Arcane caster/familiar progression.

Master of Many Forms, from a Druid or Wildshaping Ranger (Unearthed Arcana) isn't such a good option, in my opinion. The 4th level spell Enhance Wildshape pretty much gives away the only thing MoMF had going for it.

Edit: Oh, and Master of Many Forms is from Complete Adventurer, not Complete Divine.

There's also Shapeshifter (Oriental Adventures), Skinchanger (Shaman's Handbook, Green Ronin), and a cool one from Dragon magazine. It was in the hardcover Dragon Compendium (whatever it was called)....that one gives uses of polymorph, I believe, plus eventually allows the character to make permanent modifications to their body. But I don't remember the name of the PrC.

Master Transmogrifist, Complete Arcane p. 51, sounds to me to be exactly what you're looking for. It's a wizard based shapeshifting class.

I see you're allready aware of it, but still...

Master Transmogrifist is AWFUL.

Yep.

What I was hoping for was something like the wild-shape variant in PHB2, except for wizards. So that they could change shape as they wanted, and unlock new forms and so forth.

Oh well. I think I'm actually gonna go with Spellthief for the character. :D

(It'll be a fun challenge, trying to make Spellthief useful).

Look to Complete Scoundrel.

Actually, check out the Master of Masks PrC in there. You might like it.

The key is to have a bunch of spellcasters in your party. If you've got a Warlock you can steal from... :)
