Issue #14 of Populated Hexes Monthly is now live on my website. Just in time for Halloween, it features a small, skull-shaped dungeon inhabited by a necromancer and his skeletal servants, as well as a playable necromancer class for OSE and other OSR-style games. The necromancer is inspired by Garth Nix's The Old Kingdom series of books. It's also available just as a pdf, and will soon be live on Drivethru in POD option for folks overseas.
