Powerful Build Armor Enhancement

What would be the market price value for an enhancement to armor that provides the Powerful Build Feature?

I figure limit it to Heavy armor only, and it acts like the racial feature.
Can wield weapons a size category larger at no penalty and +4 to defend against Bull Rush, Trip, and Grapple checks.
I figure if you already have powerful build, the armor provides no additional benefit.

To enchant, Enlarge Person is need in addition to Craft Magic Arms and Armor.
Would it be a "+" increase, like +1 or +2, or would it be a flat fee?

I wouldn't include the weilding large weapon bit, that would go under weapon enhancements. For the rest, I'd treat it as a set enhancement, not a +1 or +2.

I think the bigger weapons is necessary. Gives it a power armor feel.
It feels like a +3 to me.

In effect powerful build armor would bypass the normal magic limitations on the damage potential of weapon.

I agree with interwyrm here, a +3 enhancement. If the enhancement was on the weapon itself, I might go for a lesser cost.

ps.
Are there armour enhancements out there that allow bonuses to your attack potential?
