So, I've been playing too much LoL and not enough D&D lately. I mostly play Lux, and this idea recently got stuck in my head...
I'd like to open the floor to requests, to test my design skills - any champion abilities you want me to stat up?
Lucent Singularity - Wizard attack 1
At-will * Arcane, Implement, Radiant, Zone
Standard action - Area burst 1 within 10
Effect: The burst creates a zone of twisted light that lasts until the end of your next turn or until you end it as a minor action. Any enemy that enters the zone or starts its turn there is slowed until the start of its next turn. When the zone ends, make the following attack:
Target: Each enemy in the zone
Attack: Intelligence vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d6 + Intelligence modifier radiant damage.
