Prestige Class ( Ideas & Help Needed) The Tempest Sons

Priest

First Post
I need help finishing this Prestige Class, and then giving some balance.

Tempest Sons
Tashraynen Gilgashar

After the fall of Naomashi, the Queen of the Sky, and Storms the world was left at the mercy of the winds, and the wild kingdom of the elementals of the sky. To fill this void created by the loss of her youngest daughter, the maiden, Aryandwë seeded the hearth with a few who were chosen to control the winds. As a chosen, these Tashraynen Gilgashar have journeyed across land and sea striving to maintain the balance of the three elements of the sky; wind, rain, and lightening. As a Tashraynen Gilgashar, a chosen finds the true power of the domain of the sky, and is able to set aright wild spirit of the winds.

Control wind (Sp): at 1st level a chosen gains the spell like ability to control winds, a per the spell Control winds (see PHB page 189 for description) this ability differs from that of the spell in that it duration lasts for up to 1 hour/ level.

Voices in the Wind (Su): Starting at 2nd level the Tashraynen Gilgashar gains the supernatural ability to communicate with either others of his kind, or with elementals of the air. At his 2nd level the Tashraynen Gilgashar can communicate with others of his kind or with elementals that are within a fifty mile radius, at 4th within a 100 mile radius, and so on.

Thunderclap (Sp): At 2nd level the Tashraynen Gilgashar gains the spell like ability to unleash a flash of light and sound able to throw foes off there feet. Foes within a 30 ft. radius of the Tashraynen Gilgashar must succeed at a fortitude save (DC 15) or they become deafened, and blinded for one round, foes who are effected in this way are considered as stunned for the duration of the effect. Whether or not a creature saves at his fortitude check the sound of the impact deals 1d8 points of sonic damage.

Veil of the silent wind (Su): A Tashraynen Gilgashar can use the Hide skill even while being observed. As long as there is a breeze in the air, can hide themselves from view in the open without anything to actually hide behind, rather they are able to veil themselves in a cloak of wind. Veil of the silent wind is a supernatural ability

Wind Song (Sp): At 5th level, the Tashraynen Gilgashar gains the spell like ability of the wind song. He can create visual illusions from static currents of air around him. This ability can work both ways. For allies the Tashraynen Gilgashar can create any image they desire, and for foes he can create illusions of foul daemons or other things terrible to behold. Tashraynen Gilgashar who use this ability in connection with a bards bardic abilities can with a successful perform check create more than just a fantasy, calling forth things out of dreams.

Torrential Fury (Su): at 7th level the Tashraynen Gilgashar gains the supernatural ability to call forth a fury of wind, and rain which he can direct towards his foe. A Tashraynen Gilgashar while using this ability, goes through a physical change. He is less substantial than while in his normal state, seeming to become one with the powerful forces at work.

Targets of this ability must succeed at a fortitude save (DC 20) or take 2d6 points of damage as they are pelted by the wind driven rains. This ability may be used once per day. (See below for further bardic abilities related to this ability)

Part the clouds (Su): At 5th level the Tashraynen gilgashar is able to regulate the forces of the sky at will. As a chosen he can calm winds, and banish the clouds. A Tashraynen gilgashar can insure that lightening will not strike a house, and that torrential rains will not ruin a harvest.

Windstep (Su): At 7th level the Tashraynen Gilgashar gains the supernatural ability to take a step to anywhere within a 100ft radius of himself, and that is within sight that has a moving current of air. This is a supernatural ability, and the Tashraynen Gilgashar may use this ability once per day.

Conduct Lighting(Sp): At 9th level the tashraynen gilgashar gains the ability...

I am having trouble with this Idea and the following Ideas as well though Ageless Spirit is like that of a Druid
