Background:
Jason Argosy is a curious, perceptive and funny man. At 32, he has found that the love he bears for his family and friends provides a concrete reasoning for the nature of his work. In appearance his looks say "everyday joe" except for the eyes. His piercing grey eyes seem to be able to peer into a person's true self, tossing aside falseness. Not surprisingly, he dislikes dealing with any person that exhibits laziness, dishonesty or lack of respect for others. His personal demon seems to be his tendency to act like a "white knight" for those in need.

At work, his specialties generally run to investigation and surveillance although he has a knack for computers too. Born in Atlanta, Jason began working for the US Treasury then swapped to the Secret Service when a position in Atlanta opened. Jason worked his way up the ranks of the Secret Service and finally got the cherry job of Trainer in Brunswick GA facility. Working for them, his skills allow him to train other agents in forensic methodologies as well as surveillance.

Then, that night that the "stars" came out, his career took a definite shift. Living on Brunswick, he frequently jogged along the salt marshes as a method of relaxation. Jogging late one night, he noticed the stars in the belt of the constellation Orion began blinking. He stopped, looked and saw that there were too many of them. There shouldn't be 5! As he watched, he began to notice they were coming closer, yet another impossibility.

As he stood there watching, a vehicle appeared behind him. Plain black with no insignia, 2 men stepped out of it. When he looked back to the sky, he saw the stars heading straight for him. His agency instincts took hold and he tumbled backwards towards the black car as the "stars" resolved into the running lights of a space vehicle crashing in front of him.

After the water settled, the 2 men turned to him. "Sir, I'm afraid you'll have to come with us. As a material witness we need to get your name and deposition regarding this incident." They flashed badges at him that appeared to be from the NSA and requested that he get in their car. About that time a veritable parade of black, unmarked trucks began arriving, spewing forth a squad of hazmat suited workers to investigate the crash.

It has been 2 years and now he has a new job. Working for the A-B agency, he uses the same skills that he did before. But now he uses them to investigate crimes perpetrated by or against alien life forms living on Earth. Since his recruitment after that late night crash, it still sometimes seems he is in one of his favorite scifi books.

He remains working part-time for the Secret Service training center in Brunswick as has "cover" story although now it's only contract work. He runs a private security firm that provides a rationale for his becoming a part-timer for the Secret Service. "Orion Security" doesn't do big business, but it is exclusive he laughs to himself. When he's off-case from the A-B agency he can be found there or at the Service training center.

Physical Description: At 6' and 164 lbs. Hauser is in peak physical condition except for a slight limp of his right leg. His blonde hair cropped short, he is a fairly inconspicious fellow. Looking kinda average, his most remarkable feature are the blazing emerald eyes.


Background: A former sergeant of the british armed forces (specialities: Recondo/Interpreter), SAS-trained Conrad S. Hauser did duty for some years in Southeast Asia. After a bombing almost burned his left arm beyond help, he left the service and took to wandering through Asia, always honing his language and cultural interpretation skills. Hauser lived for a while in Japan, studying martial arts and improving his infiltration skills by applying the newly-gained discipline. Due to personal circumstances he recently relocated to the US where he joined Alpha Beta.

Matthaniel is a tall, lanky agent with long black hair. He wouldn't be seen dead in anything other than black and he is constantly wearing his shades.
He grew up in London living the easy life as his father was a multi-millionaire computer genius. Obviously he inherited something from his father, as Matthaniel is a wonder with electronic items. He was enrolled in a very expensive boarding school as his father was constantly away on business, going through a new secretary every week. Knowing this, his mother was constantly drunk. Because of his education and a natural gift for tongues Matthaniel was able to become highly practised in the art of speaking many different languages. However this made no difference. Unhappy with the private school life and his lack of excitement and attention from his parents Matthaniel changed from being a friendly every day computer games geek to a malicious hacker. Having been arrested by the international police for computer crimes Matthaniel spent 5 years of his life without a keyboard or touchtone phone. His parents disowned him and threw him out to make a living on his own, his father preferring to avoid the disgrace of having a son with a criminal record than spending some time with him. As soon as he was legally allowed near a computer however, Matthaniel was in the nearest internet cafe, downloading state secrets to his fathers database, ruining him in a fit a revenge that saw his company go bankrupt and led to his fathers suicide, this is surprisingly not common knowledge. Known for his dedication to computer games and his chain smoking habit Matthaniel is often seen to be too casual about difficult and dangerous assignments. However when he gets onto a computer, all doubts are erased... much like the programs.

Raurth - Jameson would have an Inspiration Modifier of +3 and an Education Modifier of +5; could you add those to your stat block, please. I forgot them when I put together the template.

Also the '+2 more TBA' feat note is from before "Mathematical Genius" and "Hard Core" were added in, could you please delete it to avoid confusion.

If you wanted to shorten the Languages section by calling it Native Languages and eliminating the (native) designations, you could - but that's just format.

Any alterations you wish to make must be finalized by the time we finish the 'mission briefing' stage of the game. We'll be starting that stage on Monday 6-30 or Tuesday 7-1.

His cover is that of a Hollywood stunt driver. When he isn't keeping an eye on "out-of-town" actors, directors and producers, he serves as a "chauffer and tour guide" for various Agency teams.

He has the stereotypical thrillseeker's personality... Always willing to take a risk. Always willing to show off, given the chance. Always calm and steady under pressure. Constantly satifying habitual vices. His speech and expressions consistantly lend a tone of good-natured mockery.

Pbartender, it looks like you forgot to add in your 4th level ability increase. Everything else looks good.

BTW; glad you dropped the Agent Orange with Red/Yellow parents - it was just a bit too much!:rolleyes:
