Psions and psychic armor

I know that you'd need Craft Psychic Arms & Armor to make the item, but is there a prerequisite for adding the psychic enhancement bonus to a psychic armor? Psions do not have a 'magic vestment' like power to duplicate the effect in permanent item form...Inertial Armor feat maybe...

Anyone have the answer?

There is no required power to give a psionic weapon/armor an enhancement bonus, just like there is no spell requirement for giving magical weapons/armor enhancement bonuses, either. All you need is the feat.

Check the Mind's Eye ... you can get "Psionic Vestment"-style powers. Craft Psionic Arms and Armor doesn't require the Psionic Armor power, and was written before-hand. However, making plain psionic armor doesn't actually require any power, just like making a suit of +2 full plate doesn't require the Magic Vestement feat. (You need to let the mage stay in business, right? )

By "psychic" do you mean the special weapon quality?
