psychic burst withdraw and standerd action?

It takes a double movement for a withdraw right? So is it possible with a phsychic warrior to burst and double move away then take a standerd action?

I can't find any language in the 3.5 rules restricting one's actions after taking a full-round action to withdraw (in contrast to the 3.0 rules, which didn't have a specific action for this but just stated that if a character's only action in the round was moving, the square he started in wasn't considered threatened). I'd allow it.

Withdrawl is not exactly a double-move; it is a full round action that lets you move double your normal move, without provoking an attack of opportunity for the square you start in (with a few caveats), while a double-move still provokes normally. The Burst would just get the PW another move (or move-equivalent....) action after the withdrawl.

First off, you're talking about the hustle power and not burst right? The former is the one that grants an extra move action while the latter gives a one round enhancement bonus to your speed.

As Jack Smith said, Withdraw is a full round action. So you could Withdraw and still take a move action if you used hustle, but not a standard action under 3.5 rules. It would work if Withdraw is house ruled to be the formalized version of the AoO double move exception it was in 3.0 and not really a full round action as such.
