From the god-awful Disney film of the same name, and defined by 8-Bit Theatre. Essentially it's a silly name for exploitations based on "but it doesn't say you can't!".

If you go strictly by the rules, and leave any form of sanity at the door, when you polymorph/shapechange/whatever, you keep the abilities of the form you assumed.
