Question about Scarred Lands/Sword and Sorcery 3.5 Items.

Quick question because I can't seem to find a good answer anywhere. Please help.

Did Sword and Sorcery ever update the Relics and Rituals and for 3.5?
How about the Relics and Rituals II and III?
Was the Character Books for the Scarred Lands settng (Wizards and Sorcerers, Paladins and Monks, ect) they put out for 3rd ed or were the for 3.5 as well?
How about Wizards of the Coast Monster Manual II was that ever updated to 3.5 or was it stricly 3rd ed?

No, S&S never updated R&R or R&R II.

The character books were 3.5 (in fact, they were delayed so they would be).

Monster Manual II was "updated" with the free 3.5 conversion manual, but not with a hardback book.
