Race with Int and/or Cha bonus?

I created a race or creatures that were good at solving puzzles, logical thinking, stratagy, imagining out comes etc. So to represent this I gave them a plus in Int.

Blue! eberon has psionics and goblins, great place for blue so long as you make them +0 like they should be (they arent any better than normal goblins really, who are +0, nor are they better than any of the +0 elves with +2 int)

D'oh ... sorry, brainfart on my part - I dunno why, but I only saw the URL and assumed they'd been featured on the WOTC website as well; I missed your mention of hte book itself.

Best bet would be one with BOTH Int and Cha bonuses.
