Sure. Creating it in Photoshop or even Powerpoint for the graphics isn't too hard really, and then open it in Acrobat to put in the fields for entering text. As I said, for me the problem is not having Acrobat anymore.

Lol, no because on my downtime I am not at work where I have access to Acorbat DC
