What's the difference between the troll like creature on one cover, and the purple cover with the woman on the front?

I'm pretty sure there's only one cover (the troll one), do you have links to what you're talking about?

The purple one might be the mock up cover they did orignally for their website before the actual cover had been made.

There is only one cover released that I am aware of.

I suspect those are people using the original mockup cover for the module. I cannot verify that, but by looking at this Paizo thread:

You can see Vic Wertz mentions to people to refresh their browser cache if they are seeing more purple than green once the production cover was released.

When they announce a new product they usually produce a mock-up cover for it, with recycled art from a previously published product before the actual cover is approved. That's all this is; if you follow the thread that Ironwolf linked they eventually mention it.

You can also tell there's a problem because the author listed is wrong, both on the image and on the page description itself.

It's by Rob McCreary, not James Jacobs or Paizo staff (which is usually what they put before the author's been decided on).
