Sneak attack and scorching ray

How does sneak attack work with spells like scorching ray and meteor swarm which allow multiple ranged touch attacks to deal damage in one round? Do you have to pick only one of the attacks to deal the sneak attack damage, or do you get it on all of them? And where is the relevant rule for this situation?

Sneak attack damage is precision based, so it applies only once. At least with shuriken or manyshot. I´m inclined to say it´s the same with rays.

In 3.5 shurikens are ranged weapons that deal 1d2 damage but are treated as ammution. In 3rd edition you could throw three at a time.

But yeah, sneak attack applies only to the first.
