Dimetrodons are not dinosaurs, correct. There are pelycosaurs and are more closely related to mammals than true reptiles. And they did not live along side the dinosaurs.

But I am still glad Paizo statted them up for Pathfinder. I understand the decision to lump them with dinosaurs. In movies and fiction, they are often (erroneously) lumped with dinos.

So, the Pathfinder Bestiary is correct in terms of genre, but wrong with respect to science.

Eh, I can live with that.
