Absolutely nothing at all… that’s the problem.

Yeah this is really unique stuff here…
I mean, have to cover the basics. I just fail to see where you don't see the qppeal of space fantasy being different from sea fantasy, even if there is overlap.

I guess I’ll wait to see the difference. The trailer doesn’t really appear to show any difference. This game screen doesn’t seem to show any difference. Perhaps at some point the actual difference might appear. I’ll wait with baited breath.

You run into a lot of Githyanki and Beholder ships in Ghosts of Saltmarsh, or Astral Dreadnoughts...? As shown in that DM screen, let alone the absurdity on display in the trailer?

I honestly am having trouble understanding how you can't see the distinction? Do you think Sigil and Waterdeep are just the same thing...?

Well I did, say except for the random encounter table.

A Githyanki ship was in Baldurs Gate 2 I believe. Sword coast all the way. In fact Githyanki have been on the Sword Coast in many products.

A beholder ship… well it couldn’t be any weirder than the actual beholder itself.

Astral Dreadnought, basically a big kraken of the remake Clash of the Titans variety. Makes as much sense in the sea as in space.

Sigil? Now that is something original and new, with some original ideas in its make up. Hopefully Spelljammer with come up with something as original as Sigil.

I mean, it's just a big port city with some corful characters. May as well just run Dragon Heist in Waterdeep, what's the appeal of Sigil that makes it any different from that?

Nah. Sigil’s a boring rip-off of Doctor Who where the doors lead to random places and the police box doesn’t move. They’re exactly the same. Why anyone would play Planescape instead of Doctor Who makes no sense.

Pretty sure it says "Shrike ship... captained by Yaj (githyanki xenomancer*) and crewed by 11 githyanki buccaneers*."

Which corresponds to mention in the new Monstrous Compendium under "starlancer" about githyanki xenomancers.

Where's the "area of your spelljammer that has been damaged" table? I remember that played a big part in the few Spelljammer games I got to play in, and was lots of fun.
