Spellplague

Hey guys, I am running a Neverwinter tabletop using the 3.5 edition rules and was wondering if anyone has any information on how to apply spellplague to my game. I would like the particulars, i.e Saving Throw DC, onset of time, what the disease would do to a PC. How to cure it and so on. If anyone has any idea I would appreciate all the help I can get, thanks.

Wasn't the spellplague so virulent that it killed off all spellcasters?

I'm not sure we can assign a save DC to a plot device.

Not by the Neverwinter game standards it didn't. It actually transformed people who were effected by it into some sort of demonic or undead creature depending on their personal tolerance level to disease.
