[Spycraft] Alternative departments

Pigeon

First Post
I've heard quite a few people talk about using an agents department to reflect where they started their career rather than the actual department that they were trained in. This appeals to me, the agency my PC's are going to work in is just not big enough to have departments.

Here are some thoughts off the top of my head.

Home office: MI5, CIA, traditional spy agencys.

Power Brokerage: Industrial espionage consultancys, FBI

Military operations: The armed forces, terrorist/freedom fighters.

Computer espionage: Hackers Industrial espionage

Urban assault: Police

Black ops: KGB, CIA, MI5, Special armed services

Wetworks: Mecenary assasins, traditional spy agencys

The Basement: FBI, Police

This list isn't as good as I'd like. Any other ideas?

Don't sweat it.

Just ask the PC to choose a department and a class that gives him bonus and abilities he wants for his PC and then ask him: ''Where did you learn that?''.

If the answer makes sense, you're all set up.
