Staff of the Woodlands in T4

Can a Staff of the Woodlands be found in a T4 adventure w/o being rolled? If you haven't noticed in the title, this is an AL question.

There may be some out there but item farming is frowned upon.

I've encountered it in White Plume Mountain (T2) as a reward. (Just finished WPM two weeks ago.) Have you considered trading another Rare item for it? If you're T4 you should have a bunch of items. Get on the Facebook AL trading forum or the Reddit trading forum and you can trade it quick. I see the staff of the woodlands pop up all the time.

It's a pretty cool item. At-will Pass Without Trace is excellent. So is +2 to attacks, damage, and spell attacks. The spell selection is situational, but it covers a lot of different situations so it's high utility. And Awaken once a day? Wow that could be very helpful. You bypass the item component cost, and possibly the 8 hours casting time depending on the ruling for overriding casting time from the staff to 1 action (and I think that is technically the correct ruling). Wall of Thorns is darn nice as well.
