Star Wars Saga Edition, My House rules, looking for feedback!

Having played SWSE since May in a weekly game, I can tell you that Jedi aren't overpowered. We have a Kel'Dor Jedi 7/Force Adept 1, a Trandoshan Soldier 7/Elite Trooper 1, an Ewok Scout 6/Soldier 1/Bounter Hunter 1, and a Duro Noble 7/Crime Lord 1.

The Elite Trooper and Bounty Hunter steal the show much more than the Jedi does. YMMV, though.

Jedi are actually pretty weak as a 1st level class choice, by making them a Prestige Class you probably make them stronger, at the moment taking Jedi as a 1st level class you give up a number of feats and a load of trained skills, in return for having both Force Sensitive and Weapon Prof (Lightsaber) at 1st level.

If you want take Force Sensitive as your first level feat and take Soldier or Noble or anything else and you end up with more feats and more trained skills. Then move into Jedi at a later level to pick up lightsaber.
