Flank Coordination: It's an upgraded Wolf Totem from the Barbarian, but also somewhat reduced in terms of power increase because you don't have the protection a rage grants.
Quick Analysis: I think you underestimate the importance of going first, especially with Plan of Action. Get first in Initiative, switch with the party Wizard, and he can lock down the opponents before they've even got chance to move.
Precise Timing: +2 is already a massive increase in accuracy, having it be +Prof would be insane.
Unarmored Defence: Like with all UD features, you can always just ignore it. Unlike the other two UD classes, it won't penalise you for doing so.
Unnerve Opposition: What else could allow for a save, giving your own ally an extra turn? ^_-
