An idea I have been kicking around and figured I would get some thoughts on it:
Telepathic Master
Prerequisite: You have a racial trait or class feature that grants telepathy.
Your mental abilities are greater than most.

Your mental abilities are greater than most.
- Your range for telepathy increases by half. So if your range is 30ft it increases to 45ft.
- You are able to use two way communication. Further you can link the minds of any you choose within your telepathy range allowing them to communicate freely. You are aware of conversations your power allows to happen in this way.
- You are able to search for minds of those you have communicated with before. You reach out with your telepathy and roll a Perception check contested by an Intelligence Save roll if the person is trying to hide. You have disadvantage on the roll if the person has not responded to you telepathically. Success means you are able to touch the mind of the person you are searching for and can speak to them. This does not reveal their physical location, only that they are somewhere within the range of your telepathy.
