Thanksgiving Dinner

No, it's generally pretty standard stuff, but my wife’s family's Thanksgiving gathering is huge – routinely between 40 and 60 people. Though the cooking is distributed across a bunch of us, when you make a dish, you make a lot of it.

For those celebrating, are you planning traditional fare or something unusual?

Note that "Vermont cheddar" isn't a defined and protected word. It doesn't have to be made in Vermont to be called a "Vermont Cheddar". Sometimes the name is given to any cheddar that doesn't ave annatto (one of the major extracts that gives orange cheddars their color and some of their flavors), but there are also yellow/orange "Vermont cheddars" that are made in Vermont.
