The Everburning Torch...(Campaign Question...players show some restraint)

The everburning torch supposedly has the properties of a regular torch except for one distinction. It doesn't burn flammables. However, can it be blown out? Not by spells such as gust of wind, but by the winds on the plane of Pandemonium? I figured it had some strange characteristics and I don't have my MoTP.

Nope. I'd just treat it like its base spell: Continual Flame. If you need it to go out, you can negate it with dispel magic, or you can take it into an area of magical darkness or deeper darkness, or you can put it in an antimagic field or a dead magic zone. Maybe hit it with a Disjunction or a rod of cancellation, if you're into some serious overkill.

but who's to say there aren't storms of magical darkness or dead magic in pandemonium? ;)
