The Jolly Fat Elf's stats

In the Christmas spirit (for those that are Christian and/or Capitalists) has anyone ever put together stats for Santa Claus. While he is traditionally described as an Elf he has so many supernatural abilities (Time Stop, Etheralness, Scrying) that some planer being would make more sense. So how about it, has anyone played in a game that had the big guy?

Personally I'd stat him out as perhaps a Unique Eladrin. Elf-like Outsider? Sure why not...

I played ten years ago in an adventure where Santa Claus (le Père Noël in French) was captured by "le Père Fouettard", don't know the name in english it's a bad guy which is there to punish the children when they make something wrong; "eat your spinach or the ""Whipping Father"" will come for you"
In the adventure he wanted to keep SClaus prisonner so the children would not get toys for Chrismas.....poor children; we totally missed the goal, there was 3 dead and we fled the ice caverns
He was a kind of Greater devil, Santa Claus can be an Eladrin.

St. Nicholas could be an Expert (the kind from the Eberron sourcebook with magical abilities) specializing in crafting toys, animal handling (reindeer), prof. Teamster, Survival (artic environment), move silently, hide, sense motive (naughty or nice) - I am sure others will come to mind. Drop on the Saint template (not sure what sourcebook) and give him good relations with Eladrin (which I would think are the actual elves he would have rather than the race of elves).

He would have an array of useful magical items like flying sleigh. Spider climb boots (footing on snowy roofs & getting down chimneys), something to 'reduce' or dimension door down chimneys that are too small. Sleep inducing device to use against children who try to see him. A magical device that allows 'Presiditation' spell to produce any number of magical effects (decorations, gift wraping, etc). Non-detection.
