Actually total Treasure of the adventure, was

Reward, 500gp

Kalthrax Guantlets of Ogre Strength and 35 gp, 74 sp, 80 cp.

and the shadow bleed gave Cross a staff of winter.

So total tresure is 543.2gp

So since Cross doesn't seem to be returning it's up to you guys if he gets a split of the gold in addition to the staff, if so, 543.2 / 4 = 135gp and 8 sp Or 543.2 / 3 181gp and 2 of you get 6 cp while one gets 5 cp

I agree with Mal on this point, gold can be split among those that did not get an item.

On XP you simply add it to your character sheet. There is a section at the bottom for adventure awards, make a note of everything you get and paste in a link to the recent post where Darwin references it. Skalisss has levelled with judges approval, you can reference that to see how I did it.
