Returning to wary mode, himself, as he gets his wind and positioning himself next to the sarcophogus, Vlastos reaffirms the illumination of the main chamber with a light spell, centered on the sarcophagus and also checks out the ceiling above coffin for undesirables.

Skulls, skulls, skulls - one rogue might check this coffin first for traps, says the Wizard. The other might use a torch (if needed) to do the same up to and around the pedestal, he adds.

As the party catches its breath after the climatic battle, Vlastos sees nothing unusual on the ceiling above the crypt.

Skalisss notes a couple more of the upside-down symbols of Lauto that the group determined were signs of a necromancer. One adorns the crypt itself, and another is on the pedestal with the black bone-thing.

Vile things, and I'm no cleric - those symbols just gives me the willies... , says Vlastos to the dragonborn. Hopefully, the skull is nearby!

OOC: Vlastos got a PHB and his kung fu was greatly improved though not yet at Ozymandias' level!
