I have recently started working on a campaign set in the Forgotten Realms that focuses on information provided in the Swords Coast Adventure Guide and also 4e Campaign setting's information.
It focuses on a mysterious cult called the Sanguine Tide which is made up of vampires who are trying to take control of various resources needed for the rebuilding of Neverwinter City. It is tailored more towards beginners and newer DM's, and can be used in conjunction with the LMoP or even after it, as it all occurs within the same areas.
The first part of the initial 9 part series is currently available for free on DM's Guild (link below). Each part contains around 2 to 4 hours worth of play and has multiple decisions that can impact on later developments and either make things either much easier or much harder for players. The content is currently for players starting at level 1 going right through to around level 10. It can easily be tailored however to allow for characters to begin at level 5 after LMoP if they so choose.
