Few people in Khorvaire have heard of the Dreaming Dark. Based in the dream realm of Dal Quor, it is a conspiracy of fiends manipulating the sleeping minds of mortals. Sometimes the best way to manipulate good people is to give them heroes, and the Dreaming Dark has provided some: the Sovereign Swords.
